Agents.CARE Membership Pre-Screening Form

CARE Agent Membership is a quick & inclusive process and accepts members that meet the following criteria:

  1. Agencies will provide 3 or more academic references of institutions to which they have sent students to (Canadian institutions preferred but not mandatory). 
    • If you are unable to provide 3 references from any country, please explain why in this form.
  2. Agencies will pass a Background Check.
  3. Agencies have not engaged in fraudulant behaviour or misrepresention, which is grounds for termination of Agent Membership (CARE).
  4. Are deemed eligible for membership by the CARE Membership Committee.

Once you submit this free pre-screening form, you will be notified of your eligibility to become an CARE Agent Member within 5 business days along with further instructions.
